Together with the company René Kunz AG, we moved the crane bridge into the new building for BWB Werkzeugmaschinen AG. We only had a few millimeters of space in the height and to the side – with the crane bridge of a length of 10m, a weight of 5.5 tons and more than 6m from the ground, maximum precision was required.
In order to be able to bring in the crane bridge with our HUBYLIFT-75, one crane rail was installed after the crane bridge had been positioned. This was easily possible with our 3.2t forklifts with our special crane arms.

BWB Werkzeugmaschinen AG was founded in November 2010 through a management buyout of the trading division of K.R. Pfiffner AG founded in Thalwil. After five successful years and the establishment of BWB Werkzeugmaschinen AG as a provider of total solutions through the use of state-of-the-art production technologies, the operational management was placed in new, younger hands in November 2015.
