Feusi AG in Buchs has expanded their machine portfolio with a new GROB G750. The 5-axis universal machining center was delivered by a special transport from Germany, along with the necessary lifting gear required to lift the 38-ton machine. We were responsible for unloading the machine on-site and bringing it into the production hall.
Due to the specific attachment points on the machine, it had to be unloaded by two pneumatic cranes. It was then placed on our hydraulic heavy-duty roller chassis, which was used to move it into the hall on a temporary roadway made of steel plates. In the hall, the machine was lowered onto its machine feet and leveled according to customer specifications.
