During an industrial relocation at Lake Constance, we professionally dismantled five indoor cranes weighing up to 26 tonnes and reassembled new ones according to the specifications.
Using our XXL forklift, a Hubylift-75, we lifted the indoor cranes off the crane rails, carefully rotated them, and lowered them from the hall roof. The crane construction was loaded and unloaded onto our Hubylift-75 using a tandem lift by our two lorry-mounted cranes with lifting capacities of 140mt and 100mt.
Some components had to be dismantled in the production hall. However, the majority of the crane assembly and crane installation took place in front of the industrial hall. The crane parts were transported using heavy-duty trolleys. Due to the basement of the production hall, a careful load distribution had to be ensured during the entire operation.
Thanks to excellent coordination with the crane engineers and the client, this customized project was completed smoothly and efficiently.
